2800 cytals, for Sith trio bundle…

I purchased the Sith trio pack on my OnlySipDrank account to relic them from 3 to 5. Two toons. Not traya she was 5z I received 2800 crystals… and no toons at expected relics. I dump money into this game on multiple profiles. Please reach out or fix. I’ve done ingame restore purchase multiple times. Someone please
