2nd Bug in Jar Jar Event - Maul instant kill on T4 start

Even if you manage to get thru Tier 3 of Jar Jar with lady luck granting favorable RNG attacks - no possible way to get past Maul in Tier 4 even if CG fixes the low stacks of shield. Maul deathmar...

Also appear to have added a bug to tier 3. Out of over 100 tries I git exactly one death mark. Supposed to be a one and three chance.
