4-Lom Mist Hunters 1 Marquee Event bug

Yesterday I did the first battle to unlock 4-Lom. I successfully completed the battle. As I was waiting for the battle to register, the game said it had to be restarted and that I had a 303 error. I restarted the game, expected to see the unlock screen for 4-Lom but it didn’t appear. I went back in to the event and it registered that I had won the tier but no shards were given to unlock him. 
 
Today it allowed me to do the first tier again, I successfully completed it, and again, no shards, but registered a successful attempt. 

How can I get this fixed? The EA help chat bot was less that helpful. They sent a message saying they fixed the issue with some assault battle but that was not what I was trying to get fixed. Need some help here. Is there a way to contact someone at CG directly to get this resolved?
