$50 Apple Gift Card from Target did not give Rewards

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Bought both $25 and $50 apple gift card via target online. Redeemed the $25 dollar one no problem. Then proceeded to do the same with the $50 dollar one and it did not give me the option to redeem the SWGOH rewards and they have not appeared on the SWGOH game like the 25 one did.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Bought both $25 and $50 apple gift card via target online. Redeemed the $25 dollar one no problem. Then proceeded to do the same with the $50 dollar one and it did not give me the option to redeem the SWGOH rewards and they have not appeared on the SWGOH game like the 25 one did.

    I tried calling Apple support and they did everything they could, they even unredeemed the $50 gift card and then had me re-do it hoping it would help. They also issued me a new "bonus content code" for the game. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it SWGOH app says I've already hit the maximum for bonus content (even though I never got the $50 crystals). So Apple said basically EA system marked me as "done" for the $50 content but never added it to my account. There's nothing Apple can do now - it's an developer issue and they should be able to easily see that I redeemed a $50 card with content but the content was not added to my account.

    2 years later, same issue but with the $25 card.  EA support says they can see the rewards were granted, but they are not showing up in game. 

    However, the rewards for the $50 gift card did show up in game. 

    A guy in my guild says his rewards for the $25 gift card showed up 24 hours later.

    EA support is not helping, other than saying i already got them, when it's 100% obvious I have not gotten them inside the game itself.

    This has got to be fixed if you guys are going to keep running these same promotions.
