600 CRYSTALS I used for SHIP energy!

That means 4x120energy

NOT 1 DROP Ship ability material omega.
All energy spent in battles that supposed to drop this..

NOT 1 DROP.

NOT EVEN 30% CHANCE DROP RATE

I Needed 2 omegas from 600 CRYSTALS NEVER GOT THEM

AND I HAVE PAID MONEY TO U IN THE PAST!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi @Omenelga and thank you for the report.

All rewards listed are possible rewards and there is no guarantee. We've tested those nodes and received (very rarely) ship Omega materials, therefore it appears to be it was bad RNG for you.

So much energy nothing is guaranteed!!

Who wrote the code for the RNG???

And whats the point of Double drops???

What happened to the 33% drop rate??

Just bad luck ??

Should I just give u some real money for crystals???

From what I can tell, the drop rate on fleet omegas is somewhere around 2.5%-5%. The odds are quite bad. Just wait until the fleet challenge that drops them along with zetas comes around instead of dropping 600 crystals hoping for some fleet omegas.

More numbers!! Now its 2.5 - 5% rate!!!
OKey! No problem..
4 times I refreshed the energy ship!!! One drop from this 2.5 - 5% drop rate, not even one.
I didn't get one that I needed. ONE!!
I know Bad RNG!
I have never met the GOOD RNG!! WHERE IS IT?? U know, to get the one drop!!

Iam playing with game since 2016. The new ship Ability material drop rate is worst as every others.
I spend more than 600 ship energy daily and get only 0 or 1 max 2 omegas.
So I would like to ask that someone can test that is good or maybe should change?
I would be happy if I get an answer my question 🙂
