Ability Levels not upgraded with LSB

I purchased the Chewbacca LSB on the webstore. Only 2 characters needed to be raised to relic 5, but many characters needed to be upgraded to Ability Level 7. I received the characters at R5, but none of the abilities were upgraded. All abilities except those needing a zeta at Tier 7 were previously upgraded, so I was only expecting the equivalent of 8 zetas.

Received Zam and Embo.
