Accidental purchase of Boss Nass surge pack

Question

While purchasing Bronziums on the PC client, I must have somehow clicked on the Boss Nass surge pack and spent 6.5k crystals which I was saving for Marrok.

I already have Boss Nass at 7 stars and did not need the surge pack. If it was just the 1300 crystal pack, I'd just eat the loss. But since it was one of these really expensive packs, I'm hoping someone can help me out.

Is it possible to get a refund of the crystals? I submitted a ticket through EA's help system but it's sitting in limbo.

I didn’t see a way to edit this but wanted to capture my result in the event someone has a similar problem.

In game (not the PC client), you can select the settings icon, help, EA Help. Then explain you purchased something by accident. They did a one time reversal and I got my crystals back.

Props to the EA customer support folks for the help.
