I didn’t see a way to edit this but wanted to capture my result in the event someone has a similar problem.
In game (not the PC client), you can select the settings icon, help, EA Help. Then explain you purchased something by accident. They did a one time reversal and I got my crystals back.
Props to the EA customer support folks for the help.
