Account got hacked, hacker blew through all my currencies and sold my best mods

Hey,

After contact with your colleagues over at help.ea.com, they pointed me here.

Long story short, earlier today I started getting alerts that my account was being accessed from another device, I logged back in. This happened a couple times in a row, then I just had to step away for some real life stuff. When I logged back in, this person left the guild I was in, blew through my crystals, and was going through my other currencies. I only discovered later while going through my roster that all of my GL's (and other strong toons) had their mods ripped and sold.

Is there any way to rollback this situation? If it helps, I've got screenshots from my mod loadouts so I could tell you exactly which mods are missing. I don't even really care about the crystals or currencies, but those mods were really good.

    @Barbarossa5 Hey, thanks a lot :/ it's happening again right now, currently talking to the people from the help.ea-site but they can't do much, or so they say anyway, frustrating ☹️

    @yme6t0irw0dn unfortunally EA Help is your best choice right now. Because its the weekend and EA Community Managers on this Forum dont work until Monday evening

    Update; I was logged out of SWGOH entirely this morning. When I sign back in to my EA account, I keep getting a Error 9.0, restarted the game, same thing. Reinstalled the game, same thing. I’m guessing the other person actually managed to delete my account entirely or transfer it or something. 

    @EA_HighCommand is there someone else I could contact in regards to this? I contacted help.ea but they insisted it was a bug and that I should keep retrying, which is kinda crazy to me, but oh well

    If the account was indeed requested to be deleted, there is unfortunately nothing we can do about, due to legal obligations. If you provide me with the ally code, I can certainly take a look.
