Account hacked and stolen

I have been playing this game for roughly 2 years now and I noticed I have been logged out of my account i tried to log back unit he account but keeps saying an error and contact CG for assistance (as seen in the photos).

I have proof of ownership as I have made frequent purchases before it got hacked (as seen in the photos). 

is there a way for CG to change the email back to what it was and restore it back to me?
