I would suggest you to uninstall/reinstall the game app and try out the suggested steps by referring the below link to get back to the progress if the account was previously linked:

So I did try reinstalling the game, I also tried it on another android device. The same new account came up on. The fresh install and on the other android device when I signed into the game center. It override my other account and progress with that linked game center account.

I have tried all of that. My account was linked to my Google play games, I signed into it to play the game. That save progress got overridden. When I sign in I get that new account.

Allow me to share that one SWGOH account can only be linked with the one platform account. It might be possible that you have more than one Google account. You are trying to link with the different Google account. Please use the correct Google account to login unless you are moving to cross platform device.

I know I am using the correct account, why am I constantly being suggested I don't know what I am doing and using the wrong account? I want to get past the suggestion that I try to sign in with the correct Google play account because I am... the account I have linked to that email got overridden by a brand new account. How can you all help me get that fixed?
