Account Overriden by new account

I lost access to my account one day, during startup a window popped up during the game launch and I didn't see what it said by I had clicked on something and when it got into the game it was a brand new account and not my old Hyperdrive account! I have been unable to recover or access it on my own, Please Help! Name is LionHeart with Ally code 897-119-256, please help me relink it to my email and not this new account on it. I lost hundreds of dollars of investment by losing my account. It's been over half a year and I would like to play again on it.
