Account Recovery Help

I've tried EA support, but they are not helpful.

I had a device disaster and I have lost access to my second account ( I was running it from a second space on my Android phone). It was not backing up, at all. 

I thought I knew the email address, but it seems I was wrong. 

I paid for many packs using paypal so can confirm transaction details. I can also confirm the credits, ship credits and crystal amounts on the account.

I only just got Kenobi and the Great Mothers on there and I really want to use them again, please can anyone help?

    I'm trying again, this time it's been sent by email instead of directing me to the chat client, I think and hope that means it's a different team.

    The staff on the chat client are absolutely useless, they have no idea what SWGOH even is. 

    It's crazy bad service. 

  • This has nothing to do with it, but I lost almost all my in-game credits this morning even though I didn't use them. I'm getting no help from EA, it's really shameful, especially since I made several purchases yesterday with PayPal. It's disappointing.
