No solution as of yet but it is actively being looked into. The Dev team spoke about it here: Audio Issues After Today’s Update

I am using an iPhone 7 and prior to the latest update, I could listen to podcasts, YouTube, personal music, etc. while playing Galaxy of Heroes. Since the game has been updated, every time I launch the game, my audio stops. It’s incredibly annoying.
