Good evening. I have the same problem. At the beginning of each fight, the enemy ship does go into invisible mode, but mine doesn't go into invisible mode even once and they mark it and kill it.
It goes into stealth for a brief moment thats why before any turn your p1 and xb gets breached which allows them to mark it and finish it... If it wasnt for the preturn breach it wouldnt be so bad thats why i tried it as a reinforcement... I think the stealth steal then steal it back is just well pretty much a cheat/exploit because if I'm not mistaken doesn't xb gain stealth when an ally is crit or something like that? Which makes thier p1 untargetable to a degree
