Any advisor of CG ''Capital games'' can help?

4 years later and EA continue to redirect us to CG_LucifersDaddy, this advisor is not part of the team, he promised to me with a help to recover my account after my old guild leader hacked her and used hack for win Territorial Battle's, i contacted CG_LucifersDaddy, he promised to me a help, but a tried to explain to EA since 2021 and they continue to send me to talk to him!

The new ban formularies doesn't help because only Works after09/30/2024 but if EA check my registers i tryng to explain this case for a long time, it's a long jorney since 2021.
