Aphra Requirements Completion Omicrons

I never received the promised omicrons when completing my Doctor Aphra requirements. I contacted support about this immediately when this happened around January 27th, and went back and forth on this with them asking the same questions over and over again when a new agent got added to the case, and they've done nothing about it. Now I'm here.

I unlocked I think Jan 27th? At this point it might have been before, I've been waiting so long I barely remember. If you look around my account's history you'll see the discussion with support and all the included screenshots. Discussion started around the time I unlocked Aphra, so whenever that was.
