Apple Pay issue in Webstore

Hey there guys I can’t seem to purchase the General Skywalker bundle through the webstore using Apple Pay. It gives me the option but when I actually try to check out says I can’t use apple ay through this webstore. I don’t know how to fix it and today’s the last day the GS LSB is available. 

Any ideas ladies and Gentlemen? 

normally when I try to purchase it, it just gives me the r2d2 whoops error message but if I get past that I can’t actually check out.
