Are you really getting paid to break the game at every single update?
Since your not fixing anything can you AT LEAST test your game before releasing a buggy update?

I had the same issue. You'll need to uninstall and reinstall. There are updates required to download when opening quests etc - but the cached data isn't allowing this. Uninstalling and reinstalling clears this and is the only way to get it working.
