'Repeated violations' is actually the standard message. There isn't actually a 'warning' system. Basically, if you use outside hacks to aid your game, you're account is finished.

I don't believe there is a way to speed up the process. Actually, there is a 'cheat' discord. I'm not sure of the address, but if you really are innocent (and you know if you are or not) then it's probably worth paying it a visit.

Unfortunately, this is the way.

Is this the full and correct procedure, or is there anything else I should be doing?
This is the correct procedure. What happens after this.....who knows?
What we do know is that it is this information is viewed. If they saw a clear cheat in your account, then nothing will happen. If a mistake has been made (very rare) then your account will be unlocked.

You know if you've cheated or not. If you haven't, then trust in the process. If you have, you aren't getting the account back and move on.
As accounts interact with other players', it's impossible to rewind any progress made with hacking. Therefore (and quite rightly) any accounts that have benefited from hacks will not and cannot be reopened.
So, you know if it's worth proceeding with or not. However, they will know if you have/have not used outside hacks on your account.
