Battle Completely Frozen, Starkiller v. Cere

Hello!  While playing Grand Arena, I was attempting my second battle against a Cere team my opponent had placed on defense.  I was using Starkiller.  There were several glitched animations during the battle, however, the battle completely froze and broke after Starkiller “unleashed” and I was unable to complete it.  Even after the timer hit zero, the battle would not end.  After hard quitting the game, a battle attempt was marked, but our progress in the battle (having defeated Cere) was not kept.  We were forced to again battle and defeat the team, resulting in less banners.

I am playing on PC using the EA app.  My ally code is 176-798-558.  I have attached two videos and an image showing the behavior.
