Battle for Mandalore

I've now completed the Epic confrontation event for Bo-Katan Mand'alor and unlocked her, But never received my omicrons for unlocking all her requirements, and this is 2 weeks old now. I thought that once i unlock her, i'll get it, but no luck. Can someone help?
