BB-8 lightspeed bundle gave crystals.

I purchased the BB-8 lightspeed bundle but it only gave me crystals. I don't want crystals i want the characters promised. So please give me my characters.  Ally code is 557-971-618 Order #100670037...

I have also had the same problem. Could the characters please be provided instead of crystals.
