BB8 Light Speed Bundle Bug

I know its already been mentioned a couple of times however, I think it still needs more traction. I purchased the BB8 Lightspeed Bundle however, after purchasing I was stuck in a loading screen. After a while the game closed on me and when I opened it back up it showed that I had bought the lightspeed bundle however I had not received any of the characters and I was 'compensated' with crystal which I didn't want. I know I bought the bundle as the money has left my bank account. I was on the PC client and I know from reading other people's posts its also happing on the webstore. I wish to either get my money back or the characters I paid for.
