I purchased the bb8 lsb via the web store. However I have not received anything. If I go to purchase it again it states that I have reached the purchase limit. Ally code: 382-186-966. Many thanks

Your purchase failed after a few minutes. The bundle should be visible to you again.
The original transaction is still showing as pending. Will this payment still be taken

No, it won't. You need to cancel the previous transaction (this can be done by changing stores). Afterwards, the pack will become visible again.
