Boba Fett lightspeed purchased and got crystals

Purchased the Boba Fett lightspeed bundle today (2/6/25) on the website and when I logged in to get it had some crystals instead. Checked bank, purchase went through. I need the Boba or a refund so I can try and purchase him again please.
