Boba Fett LSB charged twice

I got charged twice for the Boba Fett Lightspeed bundle on the webstore and would like a refund for the second charge, how would I go about doing that? In-game help has been unhelpful in the past and I would prefer getting a refund initiated over getting redirected, or crystals that I did not want to pay for.
