Summarize your bug Hello, I purchased 5 lsb on the 3rd of January and got rewarded with crystals due to an error on EA side. I took screenshots of the orders that have been purchased, where you can see the order numbers. It includes: Darth Revan, Jedi Knight Revan, Sith Triumvirate, Sith Eternal Emperor 1 and Sith Eternal Emperor 2. I’d like to have the characters that I bought, thanks a lot in advance for your help.

This bug already happened in the past where I made a ticket. Maybe you could try to find out where is the problem so it doesn’t happen 100% times.
