Bought a LSB and didn’t get anything.

I just bought the BB-8 LSB and after I paid got an error saying that it hadn’t occurred. I checked my bank and the money has gone out. The bundle is also gone from the store on the game. I’ve tried restarting the game multiple times to see if it’s in my inbox and I’ve received nothing yet.
