Bought Appo bundle through webstore, game gave me crosshair instead.

As above. I selected Appo bundle in webstore. Made purchase. Received the Crosshair bundle in its stead. Ally-Code 717-678-218

Tried using in game help. They were not helpful in anyway at all, posted receipt as proof of a purchase, and went in circles with them. Asking for receipt again, saying nothing they could do, hey can you show us the receipt, nothing we can do, so on and so on. I can provide the receipt, but not wishing to do so public (email address etc)

I just wish to have the actual Appo shards, I made this purchase so I could get him to 6 star, and 7 star him through the event shards itself by next Tuesday. I purchase frequently in this game, a lot. If this cannot be rectified, I will not spend a cent on this again for fear that I get screwed by another system error and an entirely unhelpful support team.
