Bought Bad Batch LSB, received crystals and no characters

I bought the Bad Batch LSB via the web store.  When I logged into my account on PC I received a delivery with some crystals noting that there was an error in processing.  However, I was still charged for the bad batch bundle and I still want the bad batch bundle which no longer shows in my store.  How do I get CG to send me the characters I paid for?
