Bought LV bundle and got Crystals.

Not sure who to talk to but i just bought the LV lsb from the ea webstore. Upon loading the game it said click to receive your lord of sith bundle or whatever and instead of characters have me 7k crystals. I would appreciate any help. Just trying to get the lsb
