Broken game

Why is this game such a trash?

I've been trying to play but battles simply doesn't work. It crash, the game log me out, it's just annoying and frustrating try to play and can't do it.

Could CG spend more time optimizing the game instead creating new bug characters o mechanics that breaks the game? It's too much to ask?

Make a good game like it used to be, and not the garbage it is today.
