Broken Premium Ally Aid Giftable

I bought a Premium Ally Aid Giftable bundle and the other account never received it. I was already charged as well. Additionally, that other account is still available to be gifted the bundle again (even with the limit being 1) and my account is now ineligible to receive the gift back.  My ally code is 354-414-756. Thank you. I’d love a quick response as I’d like to get one more of these gifts, but I don’t want to waste my money if it is going to be bugged again.
