Bug - Cere causes game to freeze when using Determined Assault.

I've noticed this issue mostly on PC (since the PC version has been released), when facing a Cere team in Conquest, GC, GAC (pretty much anywhere in the game). When Cere uses Determined Assault there's a chance the game freezes and never corrects itself. It's less frequent when using her manually as a player but has happened to me in GAC before, but extremely frequent when facing her as AI on Defense.

The most recent occurrence was on the Sector 1 Mini boss (Cere).

I went against her without any attackers for the "No Attacker" feat, I used:

• Jabba / Krsantan / Cad bane / Gamorrean Guard and Bossk. 

As soon as she used the Determined Assault where she throws the spinning lightsaber the animation will get stuck and freeze. The time will continue but the user will not be able to use any buttons anymore.
