Bug / no reward for Colonel Ward (200 shards)

Hello, I have a bug and I cannot collect my Character Quest reward for 200 shards collected on Colonel Ward. I have over 200 shards for couple of days and it still locked, screenshot attached. KR ...

    It has been fixed (by itself) for me yesterday. Case closed for me, hope you have it as well guys!
