BUG buy Inquisitorius Lightspeed

Dear EA/Capital Games Support Team,

I recently purchased the “Inquisitors” pack in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, expecting to receive the five Inquisitor characters as advertised. However, instead of the characters, I received crystals instead. This is not what I intended to purchase, and I find this situation quite disappointing.

I kindly request that the characters be added to my account as originally expected. If that is not possible, I would appreciate a full refund for this purchase.
