Episode Track: Colonel Ward Shards

Good Evening,

I purchased the standard episode pass and got the 5,999 crystal Colonel Ward booster pack. When I went to claim my Colonel Ward shards from the episode track my characters shard count did not go up. Please help make me whole for the shards I did not receive. Thank you in advance.
