Thanks for the help EA_Gunner, I see the C3PO LS bundle rewards on my account now. 

Sorry to bother you again, but I went forward and also purchased the BB-8 bundle. Same issue, only received crystals. Would you be able to work your magic again? Thanks for all the help.
