I tried to buy the C3PO lighspeed bundle through the store in the PC client. There was a loading screen and after a few minutes of nothing happening I closed the client and reopened it. I then got a message saying there had been an error with my purchase and I got instead some crystals, but not the actual bundle.
Could you please help me get the bundle I bought?

This also happened to me on the pc client but with the R2D2 bundle, and I've been in contact with probably 5 EA staff and all of them have just sent troubleshooting steps about having trouble paying for the bundle, but it has already been charged out of my account. If you could help that would be great.
