Can’t Access Episode Pass Rewards

I purchased the Era of Deadly Pursuits: Episode 2 pass from the EA web store.  I got a confirmation email, but the in-game premium reward Episode Track was still locked.  I tried the "Restore Purchase" button, restarting the game, logging out and in again, deleting and redownloading the game app from the Apple Store, and my purchase still didn't come through in the game.  I tried all these things several times.

I submitted a ticket in the Help chat and explained everything I had already tried, hoping for a quick resolution.  The first response just confirmed that I had made the purchase, and the second response suggested I log out and in again, which I already told them I had tried several times.  I even tried upgrading to the Pass+ for more money, thinking this would force through the rewards from the original purchase, but nothing.

I would prefer just to have the premium track unlocked.  Any help would be appreciated, and I am happy to provide any more information you need.  Thanks!

  • Can someone please help me with this?  I have been stuck in this cycle with the in-game EA Help for over a week and they have just suggested the same things over and over.  I tried the live chat on the EA Help website and they referred me to the in-game chat.

    I am at a loss.  I enjoy the game, but this is so aggravating.  Is it worth trying to DM someone from Capital Games?  I don’t think it’s that complicated a fix, I just need someone to actually look at the problem.
