Can’t login to account

I have an account that I use Facebook to login in with via Facebook since I’m on Apple when I’m not able to use my pc or out of town. Guess I can’t do that anymore. I can’t recover the Hotmail account and can’t use Facebook so how do I login now? I can only access it via the pc. Can I change my login within the game?
