Can only connect to SWGOH on one of two accounts

Summarize your bug I can't connect to SWGOH on my alt. If I connect on my main, I connect fine. If I connect on the second account, the connection spins around before saying "Failed to sign in. Please check your network connection and try again." This happens all the time. Because I can connect on my main account, I don't have network issues. This persisted after clearing the data on the app and also reinstalling the app. I can connect on both accounts to other games, which makes me think SWGOH in particular is the problem.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to log in on my second account.
