As someone that has been dealing with the same thing. Support is going to say you got the coaxium. They will ignore the part of the kessel run was not at the webstore. They will play dumb to any proof you give them that you never got the coaxium. Support will not reimburse you for your loss
Edit- wasn't being an **bleep**. Just trying to save you a bunch of frustration of dealing with support

Yup, got shuffled through six reps over three days before they gave me the 'we're looking into this' line and closed my ticket.
