Cannot Access Webstore

I cannot connect to the webstore, and have been trying to get this fixed since the Cere Junda pack was in the webstore. I've tried everything in the webstore guide and no results.

    I am experiencing the same issue. It’s been going on for weeks now.

    Ran through the guide again, no results. Tried to update my email to another one to test it but got the error 'You have made too many attempts" even though that was my first time in a while attempting to do so.
