I'd like to add that I've had a chat open and going back and forth with EA support on this for hours now.
I've been told:
1 - Your pass was delivered.
2 - Clear cache.
3 - Update Game
4 - You can't collect the prizes on the pass until you've finished them all.
I've already explained I didn't get credit for doing my Galactic Challenge with the Pass active for the first GC of the season as a result of this bug. Unfortunately, the folks on the EA chat don't seem to understand how the pass works/is supposed to work with some of the things they've been telling me.
