Cannot connect to EA Store

Hi,

I can no longer log in to the swgoh store. It keeps asking me to link my account. Similarly, for the web app, it asks me to link my account in the mobile app. But if I go to the app, my account is linked, and I can no longer unlink it.
I'm completely stuck.
