Cannot login. Error 3 0

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I can not log in. I get an error code 3.0. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall. I have updated the iOS to most current. I have changed my password for es and for iOS Game Center. Every time I try to use the link to contact us on the error page it asks for my email and name but it errors out and makes be do it again!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For me it is on login
