cannot login to both account and webstore

Hi,

The last time Im logged in to the game was 4th may and now trying to come back to the game, i been logged out from the pc app, tried to login on my phone it always says error, error code 9, tried to login to webstore giving me failed to send code, what happen to my account? I Do have screenshot of my player id, and some proof of purchase, if it was necessary to recover the account.
