Cannot purchase anything in web store

I can still purchase the packs, crystals, etc in the game, but not in the web store

    Got it. The images were a great help, thank you for popping them up.

    There are a few things to try to see if they can help resolve that error message. We can start with some of the basics. Could you give these steps a go, please?

    • Clear the browser cache and cookies
    • Disable extensions: If you're using a dark mode, or other browser extensions, temporarily disable them and check if that helps resolve the error message.
    • Try a different browser: iOS typically has Safari as its default browser. Could you test it out and see if the error message sticks around?

    Thanks for trying those steps out. Two quick things to check are:

    • VPN: Disconnect from a VPN if one is in use and connect directly to your home network. VPNs can add extra distance between your device and the Game Data Centers,  causing instability. 
    • Background Activity: Close down background apps and activity. If there are other things in the background consuming bandwidth and aren't necessary in that moment, close them down and test it again. Background activities include game downloads, streaming apps, updates, Spotify, and uploading files, to name a few.

     

    Then give it a go again, and hopefully that will do the trick. 

    Failing that, there are a few other troubleshooting steps available. Depending on the device you're using, the steps will differ, so I'll share all the device type guides below - use the one that matches what you're playing from. 

    ⚠️ Before uninstalling or updating anything, it's always good to make sure your game is backed up, and your Ally Code + Player ID are noted down somewhere safe in case you need them to get help getting back into the game.
