Cannot refresh shipments

Shipment no longer can be refreshed. Sometimes it shows the bar to refresh, but after purchasing an item in a given store, the bar disappears (but the counter to the next shop refresh remains).

Up to about yesterday, was also getting an error forcing a restart, upon entering the shop after every refresh. That error appears to have gone away, but the bug with not being able to refresh the stores remains.

    For me its every time I try to open the store it forces a restart, even if its indirectly via the gear search on characters. A clean reinstall seems to have taken care of the crashing but not the refresh button.

    I was having the same issue, but it appears to have gone away. I did not reinstall the game it just stopped happening. I am still experiencing the same issue of the refresh button disappearing after making a purchase in a store.
